'Rally for Abortion Justice,' part of a nationwide 'Bans Off Our Bodies' day of action will takes place in Union Park, 1501 W. Randolph St. on Saturday, May 14 at 9:30 a.m.
The crowd may be 25,000 strong according to organizers.

This event is to protest the leaked draft from the Supreme Court which revealed the court's intention to overturn Roe v. Wade and to demonstrate strong public support for abortion access both in Illinois and nationwide. This Supreme Court decision is a devastating blow for the millions of people who will suddenly find themselves in an abortion desert without legal access to essential sexual and reproductive health care.
