Bob Balaban (Gosford Park, Best in Show, Mighty Wind) has a short last-minute one-man show show at the Royal George May 14-18.
HBO’s Ellen DeGeneres: Here and Now stand-up special will debut Saturday, June 28 at 10 p.m. DeGeneres’ special will tape at New York City’s Beacon Theatre (the site of her last HBO special) in May. Her other projects include a syndicated daytime talk show for Telepictures, debuting in the fall; the animated Pixar/Disney feature film Finding Nemo, scheduled for May; and a book of comedic short stories and essays from Simon & Schuster, scheduled for November.
