Gay.com UK said that reports on the official Web site of rock band Toto say keyboardist David Paich will have gender-reassignment surgery this summer. Bandmate Steve Lukather said on the Web site: ‘David will be missing the summer tour due to a sex-change operation. His dreams of becoming who he REALLY is, a woman, need to be realised. The lie he has been living has been difficult for his family and for us as a band. It will be our pleasure to introduce ‘Davida’ in the Fall. This has been a long time coming and we wish him a quick, healthy recovery.’

Filed by Savage and Talk Radio Network Inc., the suit claims Savage has suffered serious economic damage. Named in the suit are Julie Sigwart, co-founder of TakeBacktheMedia.com; Thomas and Gunilla Leavitt and LeavittEnterprises, who produce www.savagestupidity.com; and an individual who produces www.michaelsavagesucks.com.
The New York Post reports that Rosie O’Donnell has reportedly offered to settle her lawsuit against publisher Gruner + Jahr for $10 million, ‘but her former partner in the now-defunct Rosie magazine has nixed the deal.’ The reported deal: ‘Pay my legal fees [about $4 million], take the $6 million I invested in our magazine and donate it to a charity we agree on like the public school system in Manhattan or the NYC fire department,’ according to Foxnews.com.
