Continuing his new role as caretaker for his wheelchair-bound mother Marilyn (Blythe Danner), a resentful Will takes her for an afternoon roll in the park and bumps into an attractive bachelor, Tom (Dylan McDermott), who’s wheeling an invalid of his own. Using his mother as a reason for a daily rendezvous in the park, Will attempts to build up the courage to ask Tom out. Elsewhere, Karen continues her lifelong quest to hunt down hubby-stealing Lorraine, tracking her to a room at the Peninsula Hotel, only to discover that the occupant is her father Lester (John Cleese).

ALL MY CHILDREN (ABC, noon) Daily. Last week, Bianca explained to Kendall how David had agreed to secretly provide her with prenatal care. Meanwhile, David had to talk fast when Erica put two and two together and guessed that the clinic’s file on ‘Mary Frances’ really belongs to Bianca.

IT’S ALL RELATIVE (ABC, 7:30 p.m.) While Liz accompanies the O’Neils to an Irish wake, Simon and Philip run the family pub — and make a few changes.

A MINUTE WITH STAN HOOPER (Fox, 7:30 p.m.) This new Norm MacDonald sitcom features a backwoods hick-like gay couple who run a diner. Stan (MacDonald) initially thought Lou (Garret Dillahunt, last seen as the bisexual theatre director who took years to go totally gay in Showtime’s LEAP YEARS) and Pete Peterson (Daniel Roebuck) were brothers.

He later learned during a live TV broadcast that the Peterson Boys were a married gay couple.

SOUTH PARK (COM, 9 p.m., 11 p.m.) The season premiere, entitled ‘South Park is Gay,’ was a ratings smash for Comedy Central. This is #3 in a season of 8 new episodes.

TWO AND A HALF MEN (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) Marin Hinkle appears occasionally as Judith, the lesbian ex-wife of Jake (Jon Cryer).

TUESDAY, NOV.11

WHOOPI (NBC, 7 p.m.) Mavis (Whoopi) finds herself in department store jail after mistakenly taking a belt without paying. Once word of her detention and alleged theft hits the media, her popularity skyrockets, forcing her to field interview requests from a bevy of reporters, including VH1—who wants to use the incident to tailor a special BEHIND THE MUSIC on her illustrious career.

QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY (Bravo, 7, 9 and 11:30 p.m.) Repeats.
