Women from Dallas and men from Los Angeles won the top divisions at the Gay Softball World Series in San Diego Aug. 20. In the final game of the Women’s Competitive Tournament Play, the Texas Reserve beat the Minnesota Rebels 16-5. In the championship game of the men’s Open ‘A’ Division, the Los Angeles Vipers beat the Fort Lauderdale Alibi Stingers 13-6.
