Windy City Media Group Publisher/Executive Editor Tracy Baim, Equality Illinois Political Director Rick Garcia and Sidetrack Co-Owner Chuck Hyde will be honored at the Imperial Windy City Court of the Prairie State Empire’s Monarch’s Ball on Aug. 20 at the nightspot 3160, 3160 N. Clark, 7:30-9 p.m.
Garcia will receive this year’s College of Monarchs Trophy for exemplary service to the community. Baim and Hyde will be the recipients of the Reign Awards.
Also at this event, the newly elected monarchs of the Windy City Empire who will chair the fundraising committee for next year’s reign will be announced. The monarchs will be officially crowned at ‘Coronation III—Renaissance in Camelot: A Return to a Kingdom of Magic & Vision for the Future,’ on Oct. 21 at Germania Place, 108 W. Germania Place.
