Openly gay U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., will be in Chicago for an evening honoring area congresswoman Melissa Bean.
A reception will take place July 8, 5-7 p.m., at the home of Mike Bauer and Roger Simon. Later, there will be a host dinner at a site to be determined.
