For its Pride 2007 series, Bailiwick Repertory, 1229 W. Belmont, will run several productions that will last throughout the summer.
Just Say Love, which runs until Aug. 26, examines a relationship that (is it possible?) may move beyond the bedroom, while How to Ruin Love, running until Aug. 19, is a comic look at two middle-aged men struggling for intimacy in contemporary Los Angeles.
The Lady Who Loved, also running until Aug. 19, is an homage to women who have supported AIDS-affected gay men. A Bitter Taste looks at the relationship between a professor, a divorce attorney and an underage male prostitute; it runs July 18-Aug. 26. Sharps, Flats and Other Alterations—which will only be performed July 23—is a musical that revolves around secrets and lies. Lastly, Rainbow Connection features tributes to gay culture and history; it runs July 30, and Aug. 6, 13 and 20.
