The Point Foundation—which provides financial support mentors students who are marginalized due to sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression—is holding its annual summer soiree Friday, July 16, 7-10 p.m., at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, 2430 N. Cannon.
Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is the special invited guest.
