Affinity Community Services and Erasing the Distance are collaborating on “Will You Stand Up?,” a three-part violence prevention project.
The kick-off event will take place Wed., Sept. 29, at First Presbyterian Church, 6400 S. Kimbark, 6-8:30 p.m., with attendees discussing violence. Will You Stand Up? continues in December with its second and third events, including a theatrical performance followed by a post-show discussion, and community workshops on violence awareness and prevention.
