The Human Rights Campaign will hold its annual fundraising gala, “No Excuses,” Saturday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Fairmont Hotel Chicago, 200 N. Columbus.
Among this year’s festivities is the awarding of the Community Equality Award to feminist/peace activist Rev. Dr. Susan Brooks Thistlethwaite.
