The Ravinia Festival Association has been a landmark for summer concerts. With a huge lawn area to picnic on, bringing your own wine and cheese is encouraged. The place went ’80s-crazy, not keeping their lips sealed and went mad about the Go-Go’s. The B-52s performed first, with a special part pit in front of the stage to add to the party. The crowd eagerly awaited their track “Rock Lobster” but had to wait until the encore. It felt like a “Vacation” with everyone dancing and sining to the all girl group led by Belinda until late until the night.
