XELLE consists of blonde bombshell singer-songwriter JC Cassis, electric Israeli pop vocalist Rony G and Mimi Imfurst — one of America’s favorite drag queens from LOGO’s hit show ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ who has also served as opening act for both Kathy Griffin and Mo’Nique — proving that they really are the girl group with “something extra.” Also on board is Billboard Pop Songwriting Award winner Zach Adam, who has had 17 number one hits in Asia and Europe and has worked with multiple renowned artists including Martha Wash and Alice Tan Ridley. Ever since the girls formed the group after meeting on the New York City music circuit, their star has been on the rise. The music video for their first single — last year’s catchy dance/pop sleeper hit Party Girl — reached a whopping 330,000 YouTube views and XELLE has since racked up 1,200 Facebook Fans, 5,300 Twitter followers and an appearance on Oxygen’s ‘Jersey Couture.’ The latest single Invincible stays true to the message of XELLE with lyrics supporting acceptance for people from all walks of life — a statement made much more profound by the addition of fan-submitted video content featured in the recently released music video, which has reached 80,000 views in only two weeks. Proceeds from the song will benefit GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network) — an organization for students, parents and teachers striving for positive change in schools nationwide.
