Windy City Times will once again be distributed at the Howard Brown Health Center, 4025 N. Sheridan Rd., as well as all three of its Brown Elephant resale shop locations in Chicago and Oak Park.
In October 2011, HBHC stopped delivery of the paper due to its coverage of the ongoing controversies and funding losses at the agency.
