Evette M. Cardona was honored by the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance (PRAA) and National Museum of Mexican Art with a gathering at the PRAA gallery Oct. 18. She has a long history of community service and philanthropy and, after fourteen years with the Polk Brothers Foundation, was promoted to Vice President of Programs in September of this year. Remarks about her service to the community were made by Carlos Hernandez, ED of PRAA, and, Carlos Tortolero, president of NMMA.
