A flim-flam man finds his conscience while also inadvertently bringing the arts to a small and insular Iowa town in The Music Man. The Paramount Theatre in Aurora continues with its second season of producing its own Broadway musicals with Jeff Award-winning director Rachel Rockwell helming Meredith Willson’s classic 1950s musical which stars Stef Tovar, Emily Rohm and Johnny Rabe, fresh from his Broadway debut in A Christmas Story. The Music Man continues through Sunday, Feb. 3, at the Paramount Theatre, 23 E. Galena Blvd., Aurora. Previews are 7:30 p.m. Jan. 16-17. The official opening night is 8 p.m. Jan. 18. The regular run is 1:30 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays, 4 and 8 p.m. Saturdays and 1 and 5 p.m. Sundays.
