International Mr. Leather (IML) has announced the judges for the 21st International Mr. Bootblack Competition. They are Nick Elliott of Portland, Ore.—International Mr. Bootblack 2012; author, presenter and boot fetishist Thor Stockman of New York City; and Bella, the International Ms. Bootblack 2013, who was chosen April 18-21 in San Francisco.
IML 2013 will take place Friday-Monday, May 24-27. The Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, 540 N. Michigan Ave., will be the host hotel.
