Angela Davis will be the keynote speaker at the 2013 Bending the Arc: The Robert Howard Annual Symposium, which Crossroads Fund is presenting.
A panel on gun violence, social-justice activism and other topics will feature Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle as the special guest. Panelists will include Ryan Hollon (YMCA Youth Safety and Violence Prevention Initiative), Mariame Kaba (Project Nia), Ameena Matthews (Violence Interrupter) and Henry Cervantes (Marquette University Peace Works Program).
