Chef Paul Kahan; Pastry Chef of the Year Chef Alain Roby; and Industry Leader of the Year Richard Melman will be inducted into the Chefs Hall of Fame Thursday, Oct. 17, at Castle, 632 N. Dearborn St., 5:30-9:30 p.m.

Kahan is the executive chef and owner of avec, Big Star, Blackbird, The Publican and Publican Quality Meats restaurants. Roby is an international pastry chef and owner of All Chocolate Kitchen in Geneva, Ill. Melman is the founder and chairman of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc.
