Boystown nightspot Sidetrack hosted the 21st annual Night of 100 Drag Queens Oct. 23-24. The name doesn’t quite ring true since it is actually two nights with about 30 drag queens performing each night. However, it probably shouldn’t be wise to split hairs when it is all to raise money for charity benefiting Equality Illinois.

The first night was celebrity filled with three past RuPaul Drag Race contestants onstage and Project Runway designer Mondo Guerra showing support in the audience. Now, if we can just get the real Cher to show up and not just her lookalike.

Visit www.sidetrackchicago.com for more weekly events at the venue.
