Healthy Outcomes through Treatment, Empowerment, and Recovery (HOTTER), a program with the HIV/AIDS agency Test Positive Aware Network, is looking for new enrollees.
The program is for African-American MSM (men who have sex with men) 18-29 who have substance-use and/or mental-health issues, and are at risk for either contracting or transmitting HIV/AIDS.
Among other things, HOTTER provides group-level intervention, outreach/recruitment, and screening/assessment.
