Event showcases 'Pride & Joy'

On June 26, the Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame held a party at the Center on Halsted to raise money for the organization.

The rain kept attendees indoors, thwarting plans to celebrate outside on the Daley Rooftop Terrace. RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Chad Michaels and DJ Billy Brown entertained the crowd, who snacked on sliders and sipped cocktails from the various bars in the upstairs space.
