Gregory Cooper, 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
He is survived by his mother, Josephine Cooper, of Indiana. Gregory dedicated his life to the arts and animals of the city of Chicago and will be so dearly missed by friends and family alike.
To honor Gregory’s legacy, the family asks that contributions be made to Chicago House in his name via the Chicago House website (donatenow.networkforgood.org/chicagohouse) or by mail to Chicago House, 1925 N. Clybourn Ave. #401, Chicago, IL 60614. A memorial to celebrate the life of Gregory will be held early 2016 in Chicago.
