Amtrak has created a two part mini-documentary on LGBT couple Aisha and Danielle Moodie-Mills.
Aisha and Danielle Moodie-Mills made a huge splash a few years ago when they became the first same-sex couple marriage to be featured on Essence.com. Since then, the two have joined forces to fight for LGBT marriage rights all over the United States, including their home area of Washington, D.C.
Danielle is the creator of BLIS.FM’s show “Politini” and CEO of Politini Media; Aisha is president/CEO of the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund and Institute, and is an OUT100 honoree.
