The winning design entry from the recent Tiny Homes for the Homeless competition will be on display for a few months on Chicago’s Southwest Side.

August and September tour dates are set, and additional tours available on request, editor@windycitytimes.com.

The home, built by Price Construction, is up at 4631 S. Marshfield, one block west of Ashland, in Back of the Yards area, on a site owned by The Resurrection Project. There is a free parking lot with the location.

The tours are the following dates and times: Saturday, Aug. 13, 10am-noon; Wed., Aug. 17, 3-5 pm; Sat., Aug. 20, 10am-Noon. See the video of the home’s original installation here, video by Steve Maxey: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kAV0tmSsqk.
