The Chicago Council on Global Affairs is hosting “The Global LGBTQ Rights Movement” on Thursday, April 27, 6-7:15 p.m., at 130 E. Randolph St.
The Council; Frank Mugisha, executive director of Sexual Minorities of Uganda (SMUG); and Chicago-based activist Jane Saks (of Project&) will discuss overcoming discrimination and injustices toward sexual minorities in Uganda and globally.
