Plant Chicago (PC), a local nonprofit, will be hosting its 6th annual Closed Loop Food Fest on Saturday, July 29, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at The Plant, 1400 W. 46th St.
Plant Chicago develops circular economies of food production, energy conservation and material reuse through education and research.
Among the food/drink vendors at this year’s event are Bruges Brothers, Whiner Beer Company, Arize Kombucha and Pleasant House Bread.
