Lambda Legal announced the addition of Jamie Gliksberg to the organization as a staff attorney in its Midwest regional office, located in Chicago.
Gliksberg comes to Lambda Legal from Steptoe & Johnson and, previously, Sidley Austin. She has experience in a variety of civil rights matters, including advocacy on behalf of prisoners, immigrant victims of violent crime, and asylum seekers, including individuals seeking relief from persecution in their home countries on the basis of their LGBT status.
She is a graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif; she was also the managing editor and articles editor of the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy.
