Howard Brown Health announced the appointment of Paul Rauseo, MBA, as vice president of human resources, diversity and inclusion.
Rauseo will lead the organization’s human resources department that supports recruitment, retention, and leadership development for Howard Brown’s 550-person workforce.
Working closely with the CEO and members of executive leadership, Rauseo will also oversee progress toward Howard Brown’s diversity, equity and inclusion goals to better reflect Howard Brown’s citywide patient populations and respond urgently to the public health crises of racism and other forms of oppression.
Rauseo previously was senior human-resources program director at Cook County Health & Hospital System.
