A man has been charged with spray-painting the office of Chicago Ald. Raymond Lopez, according to a Chicago Sun-Times item.

Antonio Torres, 28, of the 3900 block of South Artesian Avenue, was arrested and charged with felony criminal damage to government property as well as misdemeanor criminal defacement of property.

Police said Torres was arrested Feb. 11 after he was identified as the person seen on surveillance video spray painting Lopez’s Brighton Park office in the 4200 block of South Archer Avenue around 11 p.m. on Dec. 11.

Windy City Times noted that Torres has had at least one previous arrest, in 2014, for cannabis possession.
