Cook County State's Attorney to present panel on transgender women of color, safety

The Cook County State’s Attorney office will present a Transgender Women of Color Panel, a discussion about safety issues for transgender women of color, on April 27, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. central time.

Panel members will be Elise Malary, Illinois Attorney General’s Office, Civil Rights Bureau. Kim Foxx, Cook County State’s Attorney, Zahara Basseet, Founder and CEO of Life is Work and Zirenia Long, Outreach specialist Hownarn Brown Health.
