Taking flight: Flight Club Chicago, 111 W. Wacker Dr., has unveiled its exclusive new beer offering, Beer for Darts, in collaboration with the Chi-town favorite Off Color Brewing.

Paying homage to Flight Club’s British roots, this pub—priced at $10 per glass—contains notes of caramel and toffee. Beer for Darts is available on tap indefinitely.

And the venue also has a new cocktail. The Pimm’s Summer Spritz will be available through Aug. 31. Honoring Flight Club’s British roots, this $15 cocktail aims to bring the spirit of a London summer to the Loop, as this drink blends Pimm’s No. 1 with Sprite and fresh strawberries, and is garnished with a cucumber ribbon, mint and an orange wedge.

Let the games beginFrench restaurant Brindille, 534 N. Clark St., is offering a couple Olympic-sized giveaways.

First, the first person to email Chef Carrie at brindillechicago@gmail.com when France wins a medal will win a special chef’s menu. Please include the athlete’s name, sport, competition and medal type. The winner will enjoy a special chef’s menu for two at just $20.24 per person (plus taxes, fees, service and beverages). Plus, you’ll receive a swag bag filled with French-inspired products.

Next, the restaurant will also give away a $1,000 bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne to the person who guesses the total number of medals won by the United States and France (combined). Those who guess the medal count correctly and email it to brindillechicago@gmail.com by July 22 will be entered into a drawing to win a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne from Brindille’s wine cellar, valued at $1,000. And, there’s more: The winner will also receive a piece of Ralph Lauren-designed Paris Olympic clothing accessory and extra swag.

Shuffle on over: Cool off! Royal Palms, 1750 N. Milwaukee Ave.—Chicago’s only shuffleboard bar and club—is offering a Frozen Espresso Martini.

Made with Misguided Vodka, Riga Espresso, Kahlua and cold brew, this frosty version of the iconic cocktail might be vital for those (quasi-)intense shuffleboard games.
