Asians and Friends Chicago celebrated the Lunar New Year 2025, known as the Year of the Snake, at Furama Restaurant, 4936 North Broadway.

People born in the years 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, and 2025 fall under the sign of the snake, which represents renewal, change, transformation, intelligence, resilience and love in Chinese astrology.

The evening’s program included cocktails, dinner service, raffle prizes and the Year of the Snake Review. Raffle prizes were donated by Atmosphere, Lucky Horseshoe, Max’s Place, Men’s Room Chicago, The North End, Sidetrack and many others.
