The John Marshall Law School professor Mark Wojcik has been elected to the Board of Governors of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).

The 25-member board directs the operations and activities of the bar association, which has more than 30,000 members throughout Illinois.

Wojcik, who is openly gay, has been a professor at the school since 1992. He teaches torts, international criminal law, international business transactions and a special seminar on sexual orientation law.
