Sheri Drew, who offered the Tuesday morning invocation from the Republican National Convention Podium, has said those who support gay and lesbian families are no different from those who supported Adolph Hitler in the years preceding World War II, according to the Democrats.
When defending her comparison of gays and lesbians to Hitler, Drew simply stated that ‘it may seem a bit extreme to imply a comparison between the atrocities of Hitler and what is happening in terms of contemporary threats against the family—but maybe not.’
