The Leather Archives & Museum (LA&M) has announced the emergence of LASH, an online public access catalog for the institutions’ collections.
LASH (Leather Archives System for Holdings]) is available at www.leatherarchives.net/amlibweb. The catalog currently contains records for books and a limited number of archival papers and records. Magazines, museum art and artifacts, electronic resources and other collections will be added to the catalog over the next several years.
Over the next several years, additional collections will be added, the search options and aesthetics will be improved and more electronic resources will be available directly through the catalog. Additional volunteer librarians are being sought to help.
