In a friendly business-casual setting, amidst vintage high-backed sofas in a cozy sea of leather and wood, the craft cocktails were flowing as a diverse crowd of women in professions such as web development, pharma, education, advertising and digital design networked and connected.
Organizer Lisa Martinez has brought this San Francisco-based concept to Chicago to get women with similar interests together in a space to meet new people, share ideas, and increase visibility of females in a field that tends to be more male-dominated.
