“Chocolate” at the Field

The Field Museum, 1400 S. Lake Shore Dr., is bringing back its “Chocolate Around the World” exhibit, Oct. 5-Jan. 8, 2012. Aside from the exhibit, there will be special programs such as “Colossal Chocolate Creations,” such as the Oct. 29 event where artist Ian Sherwin will make a large-scale Halloween-inspired origami sculpture from candy wrappers. Tickets are included in both discovery and all-access passes to the museum, and are priced $22-29 for adults; $18-24 for seniors and students with ID; and $15-20 for children 4-11.
