Earl P. Fisher Jr., an attorney, passed away after a brief illness Dec. 25, 2011. He was 56.
A native of Charleston, W. Va., Fisher graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the DePaul University College of Law.
“Earl the Pearl” will be remembered by many dear friends for his rapier wit, keen intellect and exquisite taste.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Pitchford Fisher Sr. and Awilda Fisher Pfost (nee Smith) of Charleston, W. Va.; and one sister, Andrea Fisher. He is survived by his loving partner, Rene Mercado, and his brothers, Cliffton and Austin Fisher.
