There is a new social group for gay men living with HIV in the Chicago/Northeast Illinois area called Positive Force-Chicago.
‘We’re not a support group but a social group that goes bowling, has potlucks and movie nights at members’ apartments,’ they stated. ‘This social group has been a boost to my overall attitude by bringing so many wonderful men with HIV together. We do hold a regular gathering for coffee and such at a Gay owned shop in Chicago’s North Side, away from the Boys Town clutter. We do this every Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
