Cherry Orchard Festival will present the Chicago premiere of the one-man play Brodsky/Baryshnikov—conceived and directed by Alvis Hermanis, and starring Mikhail Baryshnikov—Feb. 2-4, 2018, at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance, 205 E. Randolph Dr.
This limited Chicago engagement caps the three-city North American tour of the production that The New Riga Theatre and Baryshnikov Productions co-produced. Performed in Russian and subtitled in English, Baryshnikov recites a selection of his longtime friend and Nobel Laureate Joseph Brodsky’s works.
Tickets are $45-$150 each; for tickets or more information, visit HarristheaterChicago.org or call 312-334-7777.
