HIV/AIDS agency Test Positive Aware Network (TPAN) has received a $100,000 grant from the Alphawood Foundation, according to a press release.

“As we participate in the USCA, we’re extremely uplifted and energized by the news of the continued support of the Alphawood Foundation, which recognizes the importance of TPAN’s work on behalf of those impacted by HIV/AIDS throughout the city.” said TPAN CEO Bill Farrand. “We are very grateful for their support, made even more poignant during this difficult financial climate.”

The Alphawood Foundation, a longtime supporter of TPAN, provides general operating support to nonprofit organizations whose primary mission involves the arts; arts education for children; institutional advocacy for social change; domestic violence intervention/prevention; and architecture and historical preservation.
