Drag-queen diva and singer RuPaul will be in Chicago for one night only to perform at Circuit Nightclub, 3641 N. Halsted, on Sat., Oct. 21.
RuPaul will be promoting his new album, ReWorked, and singing select tunes. The new album features a variety of new songs as well as remixes of some of RuPaul’s greatest hits, including the dance mega-hit Supermodel (You Better Work).
From humble beginnings in San Diego, RuPaul has risen through the ranks at clubs in Atlanta and New York to become an international phenomenon. His acting career as won him an Emmy nomination and his singles have landed him on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart three times.
The event will not be free until midnight as PLAY Saturday usually is. Tickets are on sale Friday and Saturday nights at the club. They are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
