Singer Heather Headley will receive the 2003 Artist Recognition Award as part of a musical benefit concert featuring Chris Matthews and other Chicago performers to support the Windy City Performing Arts and Rogers Park Clean Project.
‘Touched II’ includes an evening of classical, spiritual and contemporary musical selections. The concert will be held at the Hot House, 31 E.
