This “World of Chocolate” featured lots of tasty treats, as well as a speech by Nane Annan, wife of UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. Bill Zwecker’s Personal Taste Award went to Trio for its cold chocolate soup. Dean Richards’ Personal Taste Award went to The Hilton Chicago for their white chocolate praline mousse.
