On June 27, Chicago Urban Pride threw its first Pride Kick Off All White Yacht Party on the Anita Dee I, a 90-foot-long cruise ship which accommodates 127 passengers.

The sold-out event attracted guests from as far away as Texas and Minnesota and was designed to kick off Pride Weekend with a new attitude.

DJ Chi-Feel and DJ First Lady provided beats for the three-hour leisurely cruise, which covered not only Chicago’s lakefront but also ventured up the Chicago River for a moonlit excursion.

Trina Truluv Robinson served as host for the evening.
