On Feb. 28 at the glass bar at Sidetrack, 3349 N. Halsted, Center on Halsted’s staff and board welcomed its new community partners that will reside in the facility on 3656 N. Halsted when it opens May 1. Among the partners are ALMA (Association of Latino Men for Action), Windy City Performing Arts, Metropolitan Community Church, American Veterans for Equal Rights, 4+1 and Amigas Latinas. The official opening for the new facility will be in June.
