On March 21, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) rallied at the State Capitol in Springfield to support Governor Rod Blagojevich’s ‘Illinois Covered’ healthcare plan. Over 150 AIDS advocates gathered at the State Capitol wearing ‘Super Hero’ T-shirts in order to encourage legislators to be ‘superheroes’ by passing the Blagojevich’s plan.
