I think the sheer thickness of this week’s issue speaks for itself… which is fortunate because I’m far too tired to speak. [Download the pdf at the top of the page at windycitytimes.com/nightspots.html to view this week’s Pride Nightspots in full (full) color.]

So strap in, get comfortable and enjoy our annual LGBTOPSYKAGPMDFPLHCT37BOHDQLAE Pride Issue. Although that may seem like fatigue-induced dementia talking, you’ve simply to keep flipping through the issue to know what the fuck I’m getting at.

Real quick, we’re just sorry we missed Miss Martina Navratilova as she lunched at Halsted’s this past week. In my undying quest to be everywhere at once, I missed a spot.

Come see me read some of my poetry at Cake Chicago’s Pride Show, this Friday, June 29 at Red Line Tap, 7006 N. Glenwood in Rogers Park. See the ad on page 58 for more info.

So please be safe, be happy, be responsible (which is, I guess, analogous to safe, but I’m trying to drive home a point), be fun, be fabulous, and, above all else

BE PROUD!
