The National Lesbian and Gay Law Association has announced that its Lavender Law Career Fair and Conference will be held Sept. 6-8 at the Hilton Chicago, 720 S. Michigan.
More than 500 LGBT lawyers, law professors, law students, judges and other legal professionals will attend the conference. The conference and career fair—the latter being the only national career expo for LGBT law students—offer cutting-edge continuing legal education courses and dozens of workshops.
Registration costs vary, depending on income—but they all increase after Aug. 15.
A kickoff celebration was held July 31 at the Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted.
